Loggly Customer Token as tag

When sending your logs to Loggly, you need to provide a customer token and private enterprise number (PEN) as a syslog header. You can use the tag field for that. The format is [yourtoken@41058].

Along with the address udp://logs-01.loggly.com

Note: The log target needs to be an external (not localhost etc.) address.
